BrilliantBot FAQ
Short, factual answers about what BrilliantBot is, how diamond demand matching works, and what the platform deliberately does not do.
What is BrilliantBot?
BrilliantBot is an AI-powered B2B diamond demand intelligence and matching platform. It reads buyer requests posted in the diamond trading groups it monitors, structures them, compares them against dealer inventory on the platform, and notifies the dealers whose stones fit.
Who is BrilliantBot for?
It is built for wholesale diamond professionals: manufacturers, wholesalers, dealers and brokers who hold polished inventory and trade with other businesses. It is not a consumer shop for buying an engagement ring.
What problem does BrilliantBot solve?
Buyer demand in the trade arrives as free text in busy group chats and disappears within minutes. Nobody can read every message all day, so relevant requests are missed. BrilliantBot watches that flow continuously and surfaces only the requests that match stones you actually hold.
How does BrilliantBot match diamond demand to inventory?
A request written in plain Hebrew or English is parsed into structured criteria such as shape, weight range, colour and clarity. Those criteria are compared against the inventory a dealer uploaded, and when a stone fits the request, the dealer gets a notification with the request and the matching stones.
Where does buyer demand come from?
From the diamond trading groups the bot has been added to. Coverage is limited to those groups; BrilliantBot does not see every diamond group that exists and makes no claim to full market coverage.
Does BrilliantBot work with Telegram?
Yes. Telegram is the distribution and workflow channel: the groups being monitored are Telegram groups, and dealers receive matches and manage their stock through the Telegram bot, so there is no separate portal to learn.
Can dealers upload or sync inventory?
Yes. Matching only works on stock the platform knows about, so a dealer uploads a stock list to get started and keeps it current. An accurate, up-to-date list produces noticeably better matches than a stale one.
Is BrilliantBot a marketplace, broker, escrow, or payment processor?
No. BrilliantBot is a demand intelligence and matching layer. It tells you who asked for what and which of your stones fit. It does not act as a broker, does not hold funds, does not run escrow and does not settle payments — price, terms and the trade itself stay between the two businesses.
How much does BrilliantBot cost?
A new account starts with a full 14-day trial, and after that it is $150 per month per dealer account.
