BrilliantBot Press & Fact Sheet

A compact, factual reference for journalists, partners, trade organisations and anyone verifying what BrilliantBot is.

In short

BrilliantBot is an AI-powered B2B diamond demand intelligence and matching platform that connects buyer requests from monitored diamond trading groups with dealer inventory. It reads buyer requests posted in the diamond trading groups it monitors, parses them into structured criteria, compares them with dealer inventory uploaded to the platform, and notifies the dealers whose stones fit. Telegram is the workflow and distribution channel dealers use, not the product category. BrilliantBot is not a marketplace, broker, escrow service or payment processor.

What BrilliantBot does

  • Reads free-text buyer requests posted in the diamond trading groups the bot has been added to.
  • Parses those requests with AI into structured criteria such as shape, weight range, colour, clarity and certificate preference, in Hebrew or English.
  • Compares the structured criteria against dealer inventory uploaded to the platform.
  • Notifies the dealers whose stones fit a live request, and supports buyer notification and direct-message workflows around that match.
  • Gives dealers a view of which specifications are actually being asked for.

What BrilliantBot does not do

  • It is not a marketplace, exchange, broker, escrow service or payment processor.
  • It does not autonomously quote prices, negotiate commercial terms, accept a deal, hold funds or settle payment on a dealer's behalf. Those decisions stay with the dealer.
  • A match is a signal of buyer interest, not a guaranteed or completed sale.
  • Coverage is limited to the trading groups the bot has been added to. There is no claim of full-market or all-of-Telegram coverage.
  • No endorsement, certification or ranking by any trade organisation is claimed.

Distinguishing workflow

Unlike workflows that depend on a buyer first entering a structured request inside a marketplace or demand app, BrilliantBot can also structure buyer requests already appearing as free-text messages in the monitored trading groups it covers.

This describes the input and source of the demand signal, not a claim that other platforms lack demand matching. Several established diamond platforms do offer buy-request or demand matching features; the comparison pages document those capabilities with their own public sources. See the methodology for how a match is produced and where the method has limits.

Founder

BrilliantBot is built by Or Moshe, who leads the product and works directly with the dealers using it. Questions about the bot, feedback on a poor match, or a request to add a group reach a person rather than a queue. No other biographical claims are made here.
