BrilliantBot for Diamond Manufacturers
How a manufacturer with sellable polished production can use live buyer demand to move finished goods and inform what to plan next.
In short
A diamond manufacturer's inventory is the output of its own cutting and polishing, which means the specifications on hand are determined by rough and planning decisions rather than by current demand. BrilliantBot matches buyer requests from monitored diamond trading groups against a manufacturer's uploaded polished stock and notifies them when finished goods fit a live request. It covers only the groups the bot has been added to, works only on stones on a current stock list, and signals buyer interest rather than a guaranteed sale.
Production decides the inventory, not demand
A manufacturer does not choose its stock the way a dealer does. What comes out of the factory is the consequence of the rough that was bought and the planning decisions taken on it. The result is a book with its own distribution of shapes, sizes and qualities — including goods that are perfectly commercial but only for a narrow set of buyers.
That makes the demand side unusually valuable. Knowing which specifications are being asked for helps twice: it moves finished stock now, and it informs what to plan from the next parcel.
The workflow
- Upload sellable polished stock. Finished goods available for sale, with their real attributes and certificates.
- Update as production and sales move. New goods added, sold and memo'd goods removed. Currency of the list is what keeps matches trustworthy.
- Receive matched buyer requests. Each notification pairs a live request from a monitored group with the specific stones of yours that fit it.
- Handle the commercial side directly. Quoting, terms, memo and settlement remain entirely between you and the buyer.
- Note recurring requests you cannot fill. Repeated unmet demand is a planning input, though it reflects the monitored groups rather than the whole market.
Fit and boundaries
This is a demand and alerting layer, not a manufacturing system. It has no view of rough procurement, planning, cutting, polishing schedules, yield or costing, and it does not attempt to replace an ERP. It sits after production, on the sellable output.
It is also not a marketplace, exchange, broker, escrow service or payment processor. It does not hold funds, does not settle transactions, and makes no claim of full-market coverage or guaranteed sales. Terms are a full 14-day trial, then $150 per month per dealer account.
